Support Plans

We offer six levels of Support Plans.  The Support Plans are an annual contract, were you purchase a number of points. These points can be used at any time during the period of the contract to purchase any of the services we offer. The main advantages of the Support Plans are guaranteed response time, significant savings on our normal prices and the knowledge  that if you have a problem or question, then help is at hand.

Home Packages 
The Home packages cover up to 5 Pcs/Laptops per household, so if you have more than one PC/Laptop they will all be covered.
The machines must be running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8

Home Bronze 15 points £50 per year
Home Silver 40 points £100 per year
Home Gold 80 points £200 per year

Business Packages
The Business Bronze & Silver packages cover up to 10 workstation PCs or Laptops. The Business Gold package includes servers.
The workstation machines must be running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8. Servers must be Windows Server 2003, 2008 or 2012. 

Business Bronze 50 points £150 per year
Business Silver 100 points £300 per year
Business Gold 150 points £500 per year

Many problems can be solved almost instantly, without us having to visit your premises.
If your Internet connection is working we can use our state of the art Remote Access system to connect to your PC or laptop and fix many software related issues, this saves you both time and money. 

If problems cannot be sorted within 30 minutes on the telephone or via Remote Access, then we may need to arrange an onsite visit. 

Packages include hardware fault diagnosis & repairs but NOT parts

The value of points are as follows:

Onsite visit

6 points per hour

Workshop time

2 points per 30 minutes

Remote support

1 point per 15 minutes

Telephone support

1 point per 15 minutes

Short telephone calls up to 5 minutes are not logged to the plan
